Sunlight of the Night Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Times:

• Processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 2 PM, excluding weekends/holidays.
• Orders after 3 PM processed next business day.

2. Domestic and International Shipping:- Domestic: Across Australia.

• International: Upon request (email: hi@sunlightofthenight.com.au).
• VIP Members: Free Australian shipping, aiming for international by 2025.

3. Shipping Costs:

• Standard: $9.50/order (GST included).
• VIP Members: Free, unlimited size.

4. Returns, Changes, Cancellations:

• 14-day return policy post-receipt.
• Item condition: Unworn/unused, original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.
• Initiate return: Email returns@sunlightofthenight.com.au.

• Return process: Email instructions and shipping label provided.
• Exclusions: Sale items, gift cards, perishables, custom/personal care products, hazardous materials.
• Exchanges: Return and repurchase.
• EU: 14-day cooling-off period.
