Warranty Policy for Sunlight of The Night

Warranty Coverage: Sunlight of the Night is committed to the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards. We offer a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

What's Covered: This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as loose stones, faulty clasps, or metal discoloration under normal wear conditions.

What's Not Covered: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care (such as exposure to chemicals or water damage) is not covered under this warranty. Additionally, normal wear and tear, including scratches and tarnishing over time, are not covered. Lost items are also not covered.

Claims Process: If you believe your jewellery qualifies for warranty service, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and provide instructions for repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on the nature of the defect.
